产品概述

　　设备工艺流程

　　原料人工对位放料→排气挤压→长度方向对折2次→宽度方向折叠2次→挤压式码料→制品在集料槽中排列挤压→人工取料。

　　*产品折叠位置可在触摸屏上微调。

　　设备的主要配置：

　　1、触摸屏操控，傻瓜式操作，界面简洁，折叠位置可微调；

　　2、整机工业铝型材架构，配备地脚及脚轮，移动便捷，生产稳重；

　　3.采用星辰气动、台湾永宏PLC、欧姆龙编码器及威纶触摸屏；

　　4.材料上机后配合滚轮排气挤压，压缩产品厚度；

　　5、折板接触面采用304不锈钢材料制作；

　　6、弹压式集料槽，成品挤压定型；

　　7、全程可视化操作，可另配飞标计数装置；

　　8、配工具一套.
